The company provides a valuable service for home owners and holiday makers alike, as they take care of the properties to the highest standard.
The new brand creates a welcoming impression for clients. It is modern & professional, but doesn’t feel elite or intimidating.
The minimalist brand icon is created from three things: The letters IHH for InnList Holiday House, a tally mark and the shape of a house. The tally mark is a nod to the fact that they take things off peoples’ ‘to-do’ lists. Whether that is renting out their house, or looking for a house to book. When all of these elements come together, we have a modern, interesting and timeless mark.
The font for the logo is a rounded sans serif. It looks clean and professional, but is also quite fun and relatable.
To further emphasis the fun & relatable side of the business, we chose a quirky, handwritten font to use for headings and calls to action, in web and graphic design. The consistent use of this font, along with the bold brand colours – will create an easily recognisable brand.
These are paired with the secondary colours of yellow & orange to create a playful brand.
The InnList brand colours can be used in many ways – as background colours, in text and as image overlays. The colours can be mixed and matched as shown in the examples below. There is also a pattern provided using the brand icon in different colours.
A variety of circle brand icon badges were provided for use, as well as a playful tagline lockup.
