ANTLER NZ is a small New Zealand owned and operated business founded in 2015. They design and curate products in New Zealand from their headquarters based in Wanaka.
Up until this point, their website existed solely as a point of sale for their wholesale stockists. The goal of the redesign was twofold – to open up retail sales, through the facilitation of separate pricing & functionality for user types, as well as make the website easier to maintain with the implementation of a new theme and page builder.
The flexibility & customizability of WordPress is perfect for complex e-commerce applications such as this, as we are able to tailor the website functionality to the client’s requirements. Paired with Elementor Pro – the website is easy to customise the design of, while having all the required features.
To retain great relationships with their existing nationwide stockists, ANTLER NZ restricts new arrivals to sale in-store only, only opening them up for sale online once they are no longer brand new.
We added a top bar to hold some key information (such as currency, stockist list, wholesale enquiry and login) plus implemented a mega menu for the navigation items that have the most items, to create a far easier and engaging shopping experience.
The homepage features a full-width slider where ANTLER NZ can feature their new arrivals, a visually-compelling category list and a couple of different areas that showcase their products.
