As the new owner, Louise approached us to create a brand new website for Off The Loop that would be fun, engaging and easy to use for online bookings.

Just as importantly, the site needed to make booking effortless, with prominent “Book Now” and “View Activities” calls to action available as soon as a visitor lands on the page.
The website also had to provide clear, easy-to-find information for visitors – covering activity types, pricing, contact details and practical essentials like the park’s location.
Finally, the overall design needed to capture Off The Loop’s personality; a friendly, energetic and fun environment that blends action sports with family-friendly adventure. The site had to appeal equally to thrill-seeking wakeboarders and families looking for an exciting day out.
The website opens with an engaging video section and strong calls to action. As soon as visitors land on the homepage, they can immediately see what Off The Loop offers and are guided toward “View Activities” and “Book Now”. This ensures an intuitive user journey right from the start.
The site follows an activity-based structure, with each major offering given its own dedicated page. These pages include important details such as lane types for wakeboarding, age restrictions, session lengths and safety information, making it easy for users to find the information that they need.
A responsive, mobile-friendly design was essential, as many visitors check the site while on holiday or on the move. The navigation is intentionally simple and intuitive across devices to help users quickly locate key information. Contact details, opening hours and booking options are clearly displayed to remove friction and keep the user experience smooth and transparent.
Working on this website was really fun – we embraced the existing colour palette of orange and black – adding in some complementary shades of orange and yellow to add some variation to the website. To further reinforce the relaxed, summer vibe – we used rounded corners for images and boxes, as well as styling with round buttons.
Off The Loop chose Roller as their booking software, so the final piece of the puzzle was seamlessly integrating the Roller Booking platform into the website. We used their overlay checkout option which provides a seamless experience for users – allowing them to book tickets within the website, rather than clicking out to a third-party website.
